Christmas Party

Coming up real soon, December the 4th at the Naval Base sports ground clubrooms, Ngataringa Bay, Devonport.

So come along and enjoy the company of fellow Red supporters, as we look forward to the season ahead and the traditional goodwill of the Xmas celebrations.

Kick off will be about 12 pm.

There will be a BBQ laid on and plenty of cold beer available. A visit from the jolly old man in a red suit and plenty of room and things to do for the kids.

Hope to see a lot of the ghosts from the football teams of the past and future members of the team to come. The Cup winning Champion supporters club football team will be having their prizegiving and will be proudly displaying Uniteds first trophy of the season.

There will also be ' What do you remember' pages given out for all the supporters to fill in their personal highlights of the last ten years, " George Best evening, Tournament wins, the trip to aussie to see the Reds, Taupos, ...... ". These will be published in the special December issue of the magazine.

And there will be a raffle and a quiz and plenty of singing !!!!

So come along and join the fun as the Manchester United Football Club Supporters Club of New Zealand Branch celebrate their Ten Year Anniversary.

Taupo weekend

Well another excellent holiday weekend at Lake Taupo.

A couple of nights on the town, a good game of football, an excellent curry and then back to the Sahara and watch the All Blacks thrash Wales, Australia defeat Great Britain, and even Wigan beating Portsmouth.

AND to top it all off, getting home and watching United beat Chelsea. Oh yeah!

Thanks to all those who came down and we hope you all had a good time.
